"On The Right Road....."

March 31, 2015

Today I had oral surgery and had to have two of my teeth removed due to Mercury Poisoning, when the dentist removed the crown on one of my teeth he gasped and exclaimed, "I'm so glad we're removing this tooth, it has a bad infection!"  They sent some of the specimen off to the lab to have a biopsy done on it.  I'm so glad to have the teeth removed as I'm sitting here feeling pain from hell.

I know that I'm Healed and Blessed in Jesus' name!

Father, I thank you for my healing.  I thank you for restoration.  I thank you for blessing me with a Heavenly Host of Angels that are here on this earth to lead and guide me into All truth and righteousness!

I'm going to get some sleep and rest right now.

Stay Up,

In Peace and Love,

La La Lolita Lovely

"Inhale, Exhale........"

March 30, 2015

Inhale:  1. to breathe in; draw in by breathing.

Exhale:  1. to emit breath or vapor; breathe out.

Take a deep breath...........Inhale, slowly breathe air in from your diaphragm, through your nostrils by drawing in good, fresh air.  Then I want you to exhale, slowly allow your air to be released out of your mouth through pursed lips.

Believe me, by taking deep breaths from your diaphragm it allows you to relax and let your anxiety and stress out of your body and mind.

If you find that you have a lot on your plate and you can't seem to find balance, try deep breathing, let some things go, get it off and out of you by any means necessary.  Don't hold on to the negativity, release the pressures of life one breath at a time.

"Our Destiny........"

March 28, 2015

I want to share the lyrics of a song called:

I Am
by Chakra

I am your truth, I am your destiny
I am desire and despair
I am your glow inside your beating heart
I am the love that leads you there
I am your soul, I am your soul

I am the darkness where you disappear
I am the light that leads you safe
I am the shepherd of your laughter and your tears
I am your pleasure and your pain
I am your soul, I am your soul

I am the faith that leaves your spirit strong
I am the sunlight in the rain
I am the universe inside your mind

I am your pleasure and your pain

I am the courage that inspires you
I am the knowledge that you gained
I am the people you will choose to be
I am your pleasure and your pain
I am your soul, I am your soul.....

These lyrics speak to the truth of my pleasure & pain,
to the core of my soul, again and again.......

to get Mother Nature drunk, and
have a little fun making Spring!"

Women's Ass Size Study

There is a new study about women and how they feel about their asses.  The results
were pretty interesting;
30% of women think their ass is too fat.
10% of women think their ass is too skinny.
The remaining 60% say they don't care.  They love him,
he is a good man and wouldn't trade him for the world!

"R.E.S.T.!"

March 26, 2015

Rest:  1. cease work or movement in order to relax; refresh oneself; or recover strength.  2. be placed or supported so as to stay in a specified position.  3. ceasing to engage in strenuous stressful activity; an instance or period of relaxing.

Sometimes your body, mind and soul will speak aloud as with a megaphone and will cry out to you and say, "Body, shut it all down!!"  My body is saying, "Lolita, go and get some R.E.S.T.!"

I hear it, Loud & Clear!  That being said, this young lady right here, with the name "Lolita Jackson-Jackson-Jackson," is going to go in that bathroom, draw a hot tub of water filled with bubbles and I'm going to lay my head back and go to sleep in the water.

Then, I'm going to put on my jammies and get into that big ol' California King bed that's across from me perched against the wall staring at me, calling my name, with the cracked open window that's allowing the fresh, crisp, cool spring breeze to blow onto them big fluffy KING size body pillows and the fresh linen sheets and watch a good movie.  After about 2 seconds into the movie I'm going to fall asleep!  (Smile)

Don't that sound good??

Yeah, it do!

Listen to your bodies, if it says shut it down, then you better shut it down.  Take it from me, I know first hand that if you don't, and you ignore the signs, your body will shut itself down for you.

Stay Up,

Stay In Love & Peace,

Forever and Ever,

La La Lolita Lovely!

"Keep It Simple ~ 4 ~ Success!!"

Me of all people love the "Extravaganza."  I have a nick name called "The Gala Lady."  That's because I like a big party, and I love for people to have fun, sit back, relax and chill.  That being said, I also recognize that sometimes it's best to keep some things simple.

Have you heard that ol' saying, "Less Is Best?"  At times, that's true.  You have to know when to hold them and you have to know when to fold them.  We tend to go over board, we'll add a little of this, a little of that, and before you know it, you've ruined a perfectly good pot of stew.

Take inventory of your life and your circumstances.  If you see that you may be saying too much or that you're over doing it.  Step back, take a deep breath and relax.

Go slow, you may have to take baby steps, but as long as you're steady and on the right course you'll get there.

Don't over do it, you'll make it, you'll get the job done!

Love You More,

Peace & Love,

"Giving Birth!"

March 24, 2015

Birth:  1. an act or instance of being born.  2. the act or process of bearing or bringing forth offspring; parturition.  3. lineage; extraction; descent.  4. high or noble lineage; any coming into existence; to initiate; originate.

If you've ever had an idea inside of you, you know that you would do whatever it takes to bring your idea into fruition.  The day you see your hard work come to life you feel like you've given birth You want to tell the world that the baby is born and you want everyone to come and see what the baby looks like.

It's an amazing feeling to call something your own and to know that God, the Creator gave you an idea and as Co-Creators in this Universe you took the necessary steps to bring the idea to life!

"Habitually Successful!"

March 23, 2015

Habit:  1. an acquired pattern of behavior that has become almost involuntary as a result of frequent repetition.  2. customary practice or use.  3. a dominant or regular character or tendency.

Habitual:  1. of the nature of a habit; fixed by or resulting from habit.

Rich:  1. having wealth or great possessions; abundantly supplied with resources, means, or funds.  2. abounding in natural resources.

In my quest to be successful, I'm finding that there's one common denominator with the haves verses the have nots, and that is healthy habits.

Successful people set goals that  they perform repetitively to a pathological degree with laser like focus in order to achieve their aspirations.

In order for us to become successful we must stay on course even in the midst of a storm.  The winds may blow and the rain may fall but we must stay the course.  We have to stay in control and think like Wealthy, Successful people.

If we want to have what successful, wealthy and rich people have, we must do what wealthy successful and rich people do!

We have to take control of our minds and keep the negativity out of our lives.  Sometimes we need to take a hiatus from the crowd and practice being still and alone with ourselves in order for us to hear what our inner voice may be telling us.  It's good to silence the chatter from time to time.

Successful people know the importance of developing a network of like minded individuals.  We must surround ourselves with people that talk about events, businesses, entrepreneurial ideas and ideals. and not other people!

We must surround ourselves with innovators and mind stimulator's.  Successful people want to make changes in their communities and the world, they light up when talking about helping others and the latest inventions.

If you want to be "Habitually Successful" you won't have time to be sitting around procrastinating, you'll wake up Everyday on a mission to be, do and have the best life has to offer for yourself and naturally you'll make the best available for others; and if it's not available, you'll create it!

Loving you the most,

In Solidarity,

Yours Truly,

La La Lolita Lovely

"Power In Prayer!"

March 22, 2015

I believe in the "Power of Prayer."  The bible tells us to pray without ceasing.  We are also told to open our mouths and decree a thing to be so.

Jesus said "After this manner pray ye, open your mouth and say," we are to say what we want to pray about.  We can't think about it, we have dominion over the earth and everything in it.

Recently I found myself in a situation where my household, family, health, and marriage has been under attack.  It's been like a free for all with the devil.  I literally feel like Job, the devil just did what he wanted to do with Job, however; he couldn't kill him.

I was reminded today that I must take control over the enemy that's been attacking me and my family.  One way to do that is to bind the forces of the enemy and to loose the power and authority that has been given me.

Also, I must Pray without Ceasing.  I had to ask myself where did I go wrong?  While taking inventory of my life and sitting with myself to start the process of cleaning my home first, I recognized while taking responsibility for my own mishaps that I can never think that Satan is asleep.  He hovers around the earth seeking whom he may devour.

Don't let the enemy come into your life and wreak havoc over you and your family.  Open your mouth and tell the devil to flee!!

I Love You,

Sincerely,

"Poetry In Motion!"

March 20, 2015

Poetry:  1. literary work in metrical form; poetic works; poems; verse.  2. the art of writing poems.  3. prose with poetic qualities.  4. poetic qualities however manifested.  5. poetic spirit of feeling; something suggestive of poetry.

As you can see, I love to write.  I love the "Art of Communication!"  I Love To Talk (sometimes.....)  I love to say things that matter, and then there are times when I Love the abstract.  I Love the Adventure, the story, the novel, the fairy tale.

To Be, or Not To Be, that's me.  I dibble and dabble with a little poetry from time to time.  I want to share some of my writings, enjoy.

ABANDONMENT

I don't do rejection well
Can't you tell
These feelings of Abandonment
To childhood I was sent
Remembering my life
 A living hell
Did not know, what to do
What to say
How to live
I give, give, give
U people take, take, take
It dawned on me
Before a victim I become
Tears down my face
On the run, run, run
Em-pow-er-ment
Is my reward
Taking charge
Of Being good'
Constant flow
Living water
Rivers deep
My love to be reaped
My bottomless well
I can not tell
I recognize this is a gift
I must shift
To whom it's meant
Re-ci-pient
My love so deep
It's Me, I see
I get it now
From A Child
To love yourself
We're always told
Love thy neighbor
As ourselves
No self worth
Recipient of my own
Love so rich
Vi-ber-ant
Today
I'll Say
To myself
So bold
I Miss You Boo
Good Morning Beautiful
Knock, Knock
My Love
Tick Tock
The Clock
Wake up sleepy head
Get out of bed
Re-cog-nize
Your love awaits
For your arrival
Thanking God
For my survival
Abra-ca-da-bra
Viola'
My pet
Never
Again to sweat

The bottomless pit
Of
Abandonment!"

     "HOLDING ON FOR DEAR LIFE!"

Have you heard the song, "I feel joy, joy, joy, joy down in my heart, down in my heart, down in my heart?"  That's how I feel in the deepest part of my soul.  The bible talks about us feeling an abundance of rain, meaning there's going to be a blessing coming your way.  I FEEL that. I feel it in the pit, the very core of All that I am.

On the outside looking in, your world could be  falling apart.  You could be broken in a million pieces.  Your heart could have been ripped out of your chest, marinated in salt, placed on a metal skewer, doused with butane and is ROASTING over an open flame.  The tears may not/won't stop.  You could FEEL betrayed, belittled, embarrassed, rejected, dejected, lonely, alone, scared and You MIGHT NOT KNOW WHAT THE NEXT SECOND OF YOUR LIFE WILL BE LIKE.

Your husband could of come home, walked through the door after 27 years of marriage and told you he's leaving you.

He could be gone, he  may have packed his clothes, took his pictures off the walls, took his most intimate and personal things, loaded his truck last night and walked out the door and out of your life.  After 27 years, he's gone.

You may not have heard one word from him in over 24 hours. You may be  DEVASTATED!!!  He may have been your only source of income and he walked out and didn't leave you one dollar and left you destitute.  You may have had your doctor tell you just two weeks ago that your cancer has been directly related to the amalgam fillings of mercury in your mouth that's been slowly poisoning you to death. You may still have to undergo chemo, and in less than 3 weeks have to endure another surgery.

You may be looking down the barrel of that AK-47!

I may have just described your life, and even though ALL of these things may be you or me.

Please know that NOW is the time for you/us to lift up our hands and say Thank You!

Say Thank You for the "Abundance of Rain."  The devil is taking his best shot at you, at me, but you know what?

It's NOW!

It's NOW that I, that You will say Thank You.  Know that God hasn't brought us this far to let us go.

NOW is when you/we have to believe and trust the God within us.  NOW is when we have to kick our imaginations and dreams into over drive.  NOW is when you have to put ACTION to your faith filled words.

NOW is when we:  DARE TO DREAM, DARE TO BELIEVE, DARE TO SEE!  NOW is when WE  have "The Audacity of Hope!"

We will take every idea that we've ever had and go for it!!  We won't leave one stone un-turned.

"Living Through The Meantime!!"

March 17, 2015

Iyanla Vanzant wrote a book called, "Living Through The Meantime," learning to break the patterns of the past and begin the healing process.

In the book Iyanla tells us that we have to "clean the house before we can live in it!"  The objective of the book is to put the puzzle of your life together with the pieces that may be missing, broken, confusing and or lost.  "Living Through The Meantime," encourages you to take inventory by walking through your emotional and spiritual house to reveal any mess, debris, and squeaks so that you can repair any damage that's found.

Iyanla let's us know that we must build our home on a solid foundation that's built on LOVE.......

"Living In The Meantime," is a 9-5 job of work that must be done.  While you're building the foundation and going through the process of identifying the work that needs to be done you're also finding out which part of the house needs the most work.

Iyanla describes what needs to be done depending on which level of the house you're in according to your feelings.

For example; if you are in the basement you're feeling, disappointed, betrayed, rejected, and/or like it's someone else's fault.

If you're on the first floor you're feeling, angry, frightened, confused, unhappy, and/or apprehensive or like your life is falling apart.

If you're on the second floor, you're ending a relationship, leaving a job, moving away or you're having health challenges.

If you're on the third floor, you're seeking closure to dysfunction in a relationship but you're also ready to forgive and assume responsibility for every aspect of your life.

If you're in the attic, you're grateful, hopeful, ready and open!

OR:

You may be in the Valley!  If so, that's another book and You NEED A WHOLE LOT OF WORK!!
(Smile)

The valley means you've missed the boat completely!  You insisted on having things your way and you did your own thing.  You consider yourself a victim, you are talking badly about other people, of course you're being mistreated and overlooked again..........You'll want to get the book, "The Value of the Valley: A Black Woman's Guide Through Life's Dilemmas."

If you're "Living In The Meantime," I encourage you to get the book by Iyanla Vanzant and take the time to do the work necessary to make the changes in your life so that you can have not just a house but a home.

You want your home to be built on solid ground made out of LOVE.

Take Care,

Love Always,

"Priceless!!"

March 16, 2015

Priceless:  1. having a value beyond all price; invaluable.

Valuable:  1. having considerable monetary worth.  2. having qualities worthy of esteem.  3. of considerable use or importance.

Value:  1. relative worth or importance.  2. important significance; the abstract concepts of what is  right, worthwhile or desirable; principles or standards.  3. to consider with respect to worth or importance; to regard highly; esteem.

Worth:  1. good or important enough to justify; having a value of, or equal in value to, as in money.  2. excellence of character or quality as commanding esteem; usefulness or importance, as to the world, to a person, or for a purpose.  3. wealth; riches; property or possessions.

Worthy:  1. having adequate or great merit, character, or value.  2. of commendable excellence or merit; deserving; meritorious.  3. a person of eminent worth, merit, or position; deserving of, fit for, capable of.

Self-worth:  1. the sense of one's own value or worth as a person; self-esteem; self-respect.

I'm going to ask you a couple of questions.  I want you to think about them and answer them truthfully.  Then I'm going to tell you a little story.  After you read the story, I'm going to ask you the same questions again, and I want to know if after you've read the story does your answers to the questions stay the same?

Here's the questions.

"Have you thought about your self-worth?"  If so; Is there monetary value to who you are?

"Do you consider yourself to be worthy?"  If so; how?

"How valuable are you?"

"Is there a price that you would pay for who you are?"  If so; why?

"How do you think your family, friends, or co-workers value you?"  Does it matter?

"If you could make changes in your life today to add value to your self-worth, what would you change and why?"

I want to share this story:

"A well known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $100 bill in the room of 200 people. He asked, "Who would like this $100 bill?"  Hands started going up, He said, "I am going to give this $100 bill to one of you but first, let me do this."  He proceeded to crumple the $100 bill.  He then asked, "Who still wants it?"  Still the hands went up in the air.  "Well," he replied, "What if I do this?"  He dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe.  He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty, he asked, "Now, who still wants it?"  Still the hands went up in the air, he replied, "My friends, you have all learned a very valuable lesson.  No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value.  It was still worth $100.  Many times in our lives we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way.  We feel as though we are worthless; but no matter what happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value!"

Now, my friends, after reading this story, has the answers to the questions from above changed?  Did the story make you think about your own self-worth?  Is there a monetary value to who you are?  Do you consider yourselves to be worthy?  Have you asked yourselves, "How valuable you are?"  "Would you pay a price for who you are?'  What would your network of family, friends and co-workers say about your value to them?  Would they say that you value yourself?

Has the story challenged you to consider the questions so that you can implement change?

For me, it's one of those things that make you say, "uhm......"  There has been times when I've questioned my self-worth.  And, there's been more than a few times when I've hit the pavement face down, hard and it seemed like while I was down I was being kicked even harder to the point that I just wanted to stay on the ground with my head buried in the sand.  Hard times can make you think that you're worthless and of no value but, when you're on the ground, being kicked around by life in the muck and mire it's those times that you have to know and remind yourselves of the $100 bill, it's still a $100 bill.

My friends know that you're a priceless gem!

You are diamond in the rough.  Hold on to the vision of what you want and who you are.

Keep reminding yourselves of that $100 bill.

Keep telling yourselves that you are priceless!

Keep telling yourselves that you are valuable!

Keep telling yourselves that you are worthy.

You can do it!

"Purpose With Passion!"

March 15, 2015

Purpose:  1. the reason for which something exists or is done, made.  2. an intended or desired result; aim; goal.  3. determination; resoluteness; the subject in hand; point at issue.

Passion:  1. compelling emotion.  2. strong amorous feeling; love.

Passionate:  1. having, compelled by, or ruled by intense emotion or strong feeling, fervid; zealous.  3. expressing, showing, or marked by intense or strong feeling; intense; vehement.

Find your purpose.  Find your reason to get up in the morning with determination.  What is
that thing that gives you strong, intense feelings and compels you to keep moving to the point of exhaustion?

Do you have a passion for something or someone?  I encourage you to find your purpose and to pursue it with passion.  Don't let go.  Hold on with all your power and all your might.  Find your cause; give voice to that thing you're most passionate about.

What is it that you're living for?  When you do find your purpose and pursue it with passion, you'll discover a sense of fulfillment and joy in your soul.  Finding your purpose is gratifying.  Resolve to be the best expression of your most authentic self.

Take Care,

Loving you more than forever.........

"Laughing With Lolita!!"

March 13, 2015

It's Friday, March 13, 2015 and I feel like laughing.  I want you to laugh!  Today is a good day.  We all need humor in our lives. I was out and about today and I noticed scowls on faces, blue and somber moods.  It just wasn't a good look.  I knew what I would be blogging about tonight.  I want to do my part to spread a little humor and laughter.

Laughter and humor is truly medicine for the soul..........

"You know when you're getting old when?"

  • You finally find something you've been looking for, for ages, but can't remember WHY you wanted it.
  •  You can't finish a conversation because you don't remember what you were talking          about.
  •  You can't be tried by a jury of your peers because there are none.
  •   Everyone is happy to give you a ride because they don't want you behind the wheel.
  •    You walk with your head high, trying to get used to your bifocals.

Less common sense:

Two inexperienced hunters bought a bird dog.  They took the dog out to give it a try.  After a long while one man said to the other, "Well, we'll throw him up in the air one more time.  If he still doesn't fly, I guess we'll have to return him."

Answering the question:

A man walked into a bar and sat down next to a man with a dog at his feet. "Does your dog bite?"
he asked.  "No," said the man.  A few minutes later the dog took a bite of the man's leg.  "Hey! I thought you said your dog doesn't bite."  "That's not my dog," replied the man.

Q:  "Do you recall the time that you examined the body?"

A:  "The autopsy started around 8:30 P.M."

Q:  "And Mr. Dennington was dead at the time!"

A:  "No, he was sitting on the table wondering why I was doing an autopsy."

Anatomy of a Laugh

  • Your heart and lungs are stimulated.
  • Your heart beats faster and your blood pressure rises temporarily.
  • You breathe deeper and oxygenate more blood.
  • Your body releases endorphins, your own natural pain killers, and you produce more immune cells.
  • You burn seventy-eight times as many calories as you would in a resting state.
  • Your diaphragm, facial muscles and internal organs all get bounced around in a message sometimes called "internal jogging."

Secrets, Secrets & More Secrets......

March 12, 2015

Secret:  1. a kept from knowledge or view; hidden.  2. not known or not seen by others.

Have you ever thought about all the "Secret" books there are on the market?  It seems as though everything is a "Secret."

I've been thinking, "What if it really isn't a Secret?"  What if success, peace, prosperity, abundance, the true meaning of life and the Power we have to Create any and everything that we want and need was right underneath our nose?  What if the answer, the key to living and having abundant life is right here, right inside of us?  I mean, I'm thinking about what Jesus said when he said "suffer the little children to come unto me and forbid them not for such is the Kingdom of Heaven."  He also said that the Wisdom and Knowledge we seek about life, is simple enough for a child to understand.  That tells me that maybe, just maybe I and we might just complicate things a little more than we ought to.  I'm just saying, I think I'm on to something and I'm going to explore this.

I read the book "The Alchemist" and just like with Santiago everything that happens in our lives happens for a reason.  Just like with Dorothy and the Wizard of Oz, they all went in search for things that they all had inside of themselves all along.

I'm believing that the keys to the Kingdom is inside of me.  And, if that is the case the next question would be; what is it?  What is the key that's inside of me?  If it's not a secret and simple enough for a child to understand and hidden in plain sight, what is it?  What do I have inside of me?

Did you hear about the story of the guy who went out to search the hills of California for Gold.  He sold everything he had and went out to find the gold, the hidden treasure, he went to expose the "Secret."

Well, he spent all he had, found a little bit of gold and then there was no more.  While he was gone the owner of the home he sold dug a hole in the back yard to plant a tree and "Oil" shot up out the ground.  The new owner became Rich.  The old owner had the riches he went out to seek right up under his nose.

Question????

Could it be that, that we seek is right underneath our noses?  I challenge us all before we go out to find our treasure, our gold, let's first look in our own backyard.  Let's commit to looking within first before we go to seek outwards.  Let's not leave one stone un-turned within before we go and seek to un-earth and un-cover with."out!!

Sincerely,

"The Audacity To Hope!"

March 10, 2015

Audacity:  1. boldness or daring.  2. effrontery or insolence; shameless boldness.

Hope:  1. the feeling that what is wanted can be had or that events will turn out well.  2. a person or thing in which expectations are centered.  3. to look forward to with desire and reasonable confidence.  4. to believe, desire or trust; to feel that something desired may happen.

Effrontery:  1. shameless or impudent boldness; barefaced audacity.

I've been re-reading the book, "Audacity of Hope" by then, Senator Barack Obama and while the title of his book is deep all by itself.  It has me thinking about my feelings right now, and how I'm waking up every day with the faith, hope and eagerness of a little child waiting on Santa Claus to come Christmas morning.

At the same time, I'm also feeling like "The Audacity" for me to even think like I'm thinking, and feel the way that I'm feeling.  I almost feel like, "How dare you Lolita?"  "How is it that you can dare to dream and be so freaking hopeful?"

The truth is, I don't know?

I just know that "I Have The Audacity To Hope!!"

Forever my love to you...........

Love You More,

Sincerely,

"BALANCE & FOCUS"

March 9, 2015

Balance:  1. a state of equilibrium or equipoise; equal distribution of weight, amount.  2. mental or emotional steadiness.

Equipoise:  1. an equal distribution of weight; even balance; equilibrium.  2. to equal or offset, balance.

I have come to a place in my life where I'm definitely in need of "BALANCE & FOCUS!!"  I feel like I'm perpetually spinning in a circle with no way to stop.  Have you heard the song by the group "Friends of Distinction, Going In Circles?"  That's how I'm feeling.  I don't like putting this particular feeling and emotion out in the atmosphere, yet; I know that I have to find balance.  I'm not sure where to start?  I almost feel like I'm stuck, trying to figure out which way to go?  I have soooooo many ideas that I want to accomplish, things that I want to do, but I'm just not sure where to start?

I was listening to a speaker and he said if you were given only one year to live, what would you do with it?  If you knew that you couldn't fail and could have anything that you attempted in life what would you do?

Well, I know that struck a chord with me, it resonated on so many levels because when you've been given a third chance at life, you know that you're blessed and here on this earth for a reason.  I do not want to be one of the people that you hear about when they say the graveyard is full of unfulfilled dreams, promises and opportunities.

I don't want my eulogy to be read and it's full of the dreams and visions that I have that are unmet because I failed to step out on faith do what God has purposed me to do with my life.  I will not be stagnate anymore!

My prayer today if for balance.  My prayer today is for me to figure out which one of my ideas I will start with and how do I fit all of them in to my life?

I HAVE MORE THAN A YEAR TO LIVE!!!

I'm going to kick the doors down running full speed ahead and I'm not looking back.  I'm dreaming like a little kid again, full of excitement, adventure and ambition.

I feel like Moses when he was leading the Children of Israel to the Promise Land and when he got to the Red Sea he looked up to God and asked "Father, what do I do now?"  And God asked him, "What do you have in your hand?"  Moses replied, "A Staff" (stick), and he tossed it into the sea and the waves parted and the Children of Israel walked across the sea!

I will start with what I have in my hand.  I have an idea for a business that I've been working on but haven't finished, started but it's been looking at me collecting dust, so I'll start with all the things that I have right here in my home.  All the ideas that don't require financial backing or an Angel Investor to get started.  I'll plant those seeds in the market!

God's word says, "I have planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase!"  It's time to sew the seeds of faith, by taking the action steps and once the ideas are out and in the market place, people will come from all over the world to view my work and nourish the soil, and with purchasing Power God will grant the increase!

Can the church say Amen!  (Smile)

Wow, I Love It........  This has been therapeutic.  Just talking with you all have given me clarity and peacefulness that surpasses understanding.

I have been given a new life to live and I'm going to live it to the fullest!!!    Amen!

"Be A No Limit Person!"

March 6, 2015

A No limit person is someone that won't put restraints on themselves.  A no limit person is someone that will dare to dream, dreams and believe that if they see it, they will believe it and do whatever it takes to make their dreams come true.

I have decided that I AM going to do EVERYTHING that I have ever dreamed, envisioned, and thought of.  I will not leave anything on the table, in a journal, in a book or on a piece of scratch paper.  I don't care what it is, I will do it.  I don't care what anybody else says or think if God has put it in my head I will do it!!

"When you know, that you know, that you know!!"

March 4, 2015

I walked through the door feeling great, they said it showed on my face.  "Thank You."  I replied.  But then, I had sit on that chair and as it was reclining backwards there was such a feeling of anxiety that started to come upon me to the point where I thought that I was going to jump out that big, beautiful picturesque window in front of me!

The needle went inside of my gums and there was no turning around.  I knew at that moment I had one of two choices.  Was I going to tell the dentist that I have anxiety and I couldn't do this?  Or, was I going to find a way to work through the anxiousness that I was feeling and do as "Susan Jeffers" say and "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway!"

Sometimes you may find yourself at the fork in the road and you have to make the decision about which road you will take.  For some people the easy, comfortable road may be the road they decide to take.  For others, they will choose the road that's not so comfortable, not so easy.  The road that you know will get you to where you want to go but you also know that there's pain, and with that pain will be tears, however; that road leads to your destination.

That happened to me today, even though I knew I had to go through the process of having my teeth drilled, sanded, with hoses set up to my mouth that sucked out poison, it didn't make the choice easy.

Right now my mouth is numb.  I'm dealing with the after effects of having mercury removed out of my teeth on the right side of my mouth and as uncomfortable as it was; I know that I made the right choice.

     I'm on the right road.............

"A Course In Miracle In The Making!!!"

March 3, 2015

Have you ever considered what a "Miracle" really is?  I've been pondering that for awhile.  I have the book "A Return To Love" by Marianne Williamson and in her book she gives her reflections on the Principles of "A Course In Miracles."

In the beginning of A Course In Miracles it lists 50 Principles of Miracles.  I am going to share some of those principles along with my own feelings and thoughts on miracles.

I don't think I've ever really thought about miracles much until recently.  When asked the question about cancer and how is it that I'm still here on the face of this earth to talk about it after being diagnosed with cancer three times?

All I know is I'm not an expert on miracles.  I won't be writing an expose on miracles but I do have this feeling inside of me that wants to share that I know I've been blessed with a miracle, and miracles are happening in my life.  I know that my life has consisted of many miracles and for that I Must Say "Thank You."

For me to not know anything about mercury poisoning and for the word to just pop up in my head without anything that would have prompted it, that was a miracle.  Especially since that happening it's taken me on the journey to find the right doctors, and dentists to carry out the necessary procedures to remove the mercury fillings from my teeth, my body and my internal organs.

I know that is a miracle.  For a doctor to say that the breast cancer I've had in my right chest area is a direct link to the mercury is remarkable.  And, now I'm having those fillings removed tomorrow.  All of this has come upon me so very fast and yet, the right people have been aligned in the right places to help facilitate my healing, recovery and "Miracle in the Making!!

I feel like Santiago in the "Alchemist."  Everything that happens in life, every action has an equal and opposite re-action.  It's all set up by divine order.  The sign posts are on the right road that's leading to my destination of my life's purpose in finding my "Personal Legend."

Principles of Miracles

1.  There is no order of difficulty in miracles.  One is not "harder" or "bigger" than another.  They are all the same.  All expressions of love are maximal.

2.  Miracles as such do not matter.  The only thing that matters is their Source, which is far beyond evaluation.

3.  Miracles occur naturally as expressions of love.  The real miracle is the love that inspires them.  In the sense everything that comes from love is a miracle.

4.  All miracles mean life, and God is the Giver of Life.  His Voice will direct you very specifically.  You will be told all you need to know.

5     Miracles are habits, and should be involuntary.  They should not be under conscious control.  Consciously selected miracles can be misguided.

"Mercury & Me!"

March 2, 2015

Mercury:  1. a heavy, silver-white, toxic metallic element, liquid at room temperature; used in barometers, thermometers, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, mirror surfaces, and as a laboratory catalyst; of the spurge family; esp. the poisonous.

So, I went to see a Naturopath Doctor over the weekend that told me and I quote; "I believe the breast cancer that you've had on your right side is a direct link to the mercury fillings that has been releasing poisonous gasses into to your body over the years!!"

Well, how I even ended up at the Naturopath Doctor's office was amazing all by itself.  And how I was able to link what was going on in my mouth with Mercury Poisoning.  It was a Miracle and A Blessing from God for that to have happened.  I know one thing that I AM BLESSED!!

It all started last week when I was drinking a cup of coffee.  As the coffee went down my mouth I noticed that I had these feelings in my chest that felt like electrical surges that exacerbated the pain I was already having in my chest.  I tried another few sips of coffee and the same thing kept happening.  At the time I was walking around the lake.  My prayer went out to God; "Please Lord, give me wisdom, knowledge and understanding!"  Because the word of God says; "In All thy getting, get understanding."

And, suddenly a thought came to my mind; "Mercury Poisoning!"  I rushed back to the car and looked up "Mercury Poisoning" on "You Tube" and there was plenty of videos and information.

Well, there was this one video that gave details about symptoms of mercury poisoning and one of them was "Feelings of Electrical Surges!"  I was motionless and so very Thankful and Blessed.  All of the symptoms were very scary but it has explained so much and in great detail.  I have since then been doing a lot of research to be as educated as I can about the subject.

It seems like I have been having every symptom that's been described.  I have been going to the doctor for the longest telling of the pain, body aches, joint aches, ringing in my head and ears, chest pains, etc.  The doctors would run all the typical tests and they all would come back negative except for cancer (which is also a direct link to mercury poisoning) because they don't test for "Mercury Poisoning" or levels of Mercury in the body!!

I went to a Naturopath Dentist today and had all my necessary x-rays and a consult on what the next steps are to having the mercury fillings removed.  Of course, with the way my body feels I mentioned that I just wanted the doctor to Pull Out All Of My Teeth!!  He declined........... (Smile)  I Am glad because I need and want my teeth.

The journey will be a long one.  The process will be challenging, however;  I AM an Overcomer!  I AM Blessed.  I AM Healed!

After I have the fillings of mercury removed, then I have to start with "Chelation Therapy" which is the removal of mercury out of my body, my system, my internal organs (liver, kidneys, etc;)

As much as this is just soooo much to wrap my mind around.  (Speaking of which) One of the symptoms of "Mercury Poisoning) is memory loss, forgetfulness, anger, bouts of rage, anxiety, crying, joint pain, headaches, foul breath, you name it.  This is incredible.

I know that I'm Blessed.  I must continue to say that.  I know I Am Healed.  I must continue to say that also because God wouldn't have put it in my spirit the way he did if he didn't have amazing plans for me and my life.

I Am in Awe of the Miracle Working Power of The Almighty El Shaddai!!

Amen!!!

"Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith shall save the sick; and the Lord shall raise him up and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
