I know it's been a long time since my last blog entry...  As excited as I am about the New Year being here and the relevance of the year being 20/20 my spirit is saying at this moment "shhh" and when that happens I listen.

As I was looking to define "shhh" of course other words came up and before I knew it I had more than one word that was arising in my spirit all speaking to what I'm feeling inside and primarily saying the same thing in a different way.

Let's dive in..."Shhh" is an action word, usually in the form of a command from one person to another. "Shhh" is powerful, in order to adhere to the command of "Shhh" it takes discipline, poise, and self-control.  Hearing the sound of "Shhh" may even have one check their ego at the door depending on who it is that is doing the "Shushing"  Whether we hear the command of "shhh" internally or externally it's up to us to recognize the opportunity to be still in that moment. It's wonderful to be still in the silence, not moving, being free of disturbance, calm and gentle. It's there in that calmness and quiet where you can command peace to be still with you allowing tranquility to sit with you, be present with you, freeing you from all the disturbances of discomfort and pain.

Actually, this is the best time to adhere to the "Shhh" within. Starting the New Year 20/20 in silence after all the hustle and bustle of the Holidays will allow for reflection, a clearer sense of direction that will be soothing and comforting to your spirit and soul.

After all, we are walking to win!
